Flames to Flowers exhibit closes–beat the heat and come by for free homemade ice cream or a cold glass of bubbly.

Art After the Thomas Fire: Expressions of destruction and rebirth from local artists hosted by Ojai galleries and stores – Nomad, HumanArts, OVA Arts, Dan Schultz Fine Art, Barbara Bowman, Marche Gourmet and Ojai Valley Museum. Opens Third Friday May 18th 5-7:30
Leslie Clark was compelled to paint her experience surrounded by flames as her family ranch burned and the rebirth after. Her images of the fire and portraits of the heroic plants that survived both drought and fire will be on display. Africa will be in storage for awhile. Karyn 805 will be playing her guitar and singing on the patio. Enjoy Karyn’s songs, sip wine and munch hor d’oeuvres at tables set on the patio. Stay and order dinner from Harvest next door.
