After telling so many stories to customers who visited Nomad Gallery, they often asked if I had written a memoir. When I closed the gallery in 2019 and the pandemic shut everything down in the next year, I decided it was time and I had time. I dragged out my dozens of journals, hundreds of sketches, and thousands of photos from 30 years of travel and started writing. I wrote and wrote and wrote. One hundred and eighty-five thousand words later I learned that the recommended length for a memoir was eighty thousand words. So I cut and cut and cut. There were many good stories left out. So I decided to start publishing them leading up to the release of the book NomadGal. So here they are.
